No my pitbull does not wear lipstick. She would eat it though. I have to register her every year, so I don't loose her to the city. I think it is silly. But some people who thought it would be cool to make their dogs vicious have ruined it for the rest of us. So this is my legal pitbull and the babies she likes to sleep with.
